It’s easy for important checks to get buried in email threads, messages and quick chats. When decisions live in lots of places, it’s hard to keep a clear record.

Thirdfort’s Tasks fixes that. Now, every check that needs your expert judgement shows up in your task list, giving you everything you need to review the results, record your rationale and ultimately make a decision.

Your task list comes with different views, giving you an easy way to see what needs your attention. Nothing gets missed, high-risk cases float to the top and noise is kept to a minimum.

When a check has completed and is ready for review, a colleague can send it to you. You’ll be notified that you have a new task and it will appear in your task manager.

You can record your rationale as you go. We capture your notes and produce an audit trail that is easy for anyone to follow, with a clear time and date stamp, so you have a trail you can rely on.

You stay in control from day one. You set who has permission to review checks. So reviews go to the right people, with the right authority and expertise.

Tasks brings oversight into one place, so you can review confidently, keep decisions documented, and stay on top of risk.
