Also, we've continued to improve the Firm-wide insights dashboard. Here's what's new in Thirdfort. ## Easily link co-purchaser checks Many of your clients will be purchasing a house with their partner, a family member or friend. To make it faster to create checks for those co-purchasers and easier to review their results side by side, you can now link co-purchaser checks when creating them. When initiating the checks simply tell us how many co-purchasers are involved, provide their details and we'll send each of them the checks you require them to complete. You'll also find a note within the activity log of both checks. That gives you a clear audit trail of the linked co-purchaser checks. ![Financial summary for Jane Smith. This is a live, interactive view of anti-money laundering (AML) risk across every client, every check and every transaction your firm has run through Thirdfort's Platform. It surfaces patterns and concentrations of risk that only become visible at scale, and puts them somewhere your whole compliance function can see and act on, in real time. This month we made a few improvements to the dashboard. ### Document issuing jurisdiction Your firm-wide risk assessment needs to include a review of the geographic risk present in your client base. Our Firm-wide insights dashboard includes a "geographic risk" section, which goes into detail about risks including the number of clients with links to FATF-listed jurisdictions (by residential address, declared funds or company jurisdiction), UK vs non-UK entities and all international jurisdictions that your clients have links to. Now this dashboard will also include data on clients who have used documents (passports, driving licences etc.) where the issuing country of that document is outside of the UK. That's everything new on Thirdfort this month.
