Our secure app can validate biometric and cryptographic features of identity documents, such as passports. ### How does pricing and billing work? --- There is a setup fee of £1,500 for configuration and branding. You will be charged an agreed price per matter, which includes all forms, client questionnaires, TA forms, payment on account integration, and support. For any matters where a Thirdfort check is used, you'll be charged an additional fee for this. Most firms that work with Minerva and Thirdfort pass on a cost for onboarding, ID and AML checks. ### Can Minerva be configured for work outside of conveyancing? --- Yes, Minerva can be configured for any work type. Templates and instruction forms for various work types are available and can be copied into your system. ### Is it possible to customise questionnaire's sent via Minerva? --- Yes, all forms and questionnaires in Minerva are fully configurable to your requirements. Information about Thirdfort or any other guidance can be added to the client questionnaire or other forms as needed. ### How quickly can Minerva be implemented? --- Typically full implementation takes 4-6 weeks.
