Business Development at Thirdfort

We’re looking for a Senior BDR to join our growing sales team that has doubled in the last 6 months. Thirdfort is on a mission to become the new standard in legal security and you could be at the forefront of this.

Since launching in 2018, we have grown to a team of over 90 people across three offices in London, Manchester and Sri Lanka. We're looking for a talented individual to join our ambitious and expanding team, and embrace our values so we can claim the legal market and beyond.

The Senior SDR role is an exciting opportunity, you’ll be tasked with booking meetings with top accounts and working closely with senior team members in maintaining and building on an effective outbound strategy.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Source leads and research new contacts to target.
  • Develop creative sequences and outbound strategies to reach target prospects and generate qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.
  • Work closely with the wider team to build campaigns on strategic targets accounts.
  • Strive to exceed given KPIs and targets.
  • Manage large accounts and build key relationships.
  • We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 1+ years experience as an SDR/ BDR, managing accounts and creating outbound campaigns.
  • Can quickly build a rapport over the phone.
  • Is able to demonstrate success and a track record in exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Has a strong desire to work in a start-up environment and to take full ownership of your own part of the team and associated targets.
  • Has a drive to succeed and are eager to join an epically exciting startup.
  • Is organised with strong communication skills.
