Business Development at Thirdfort

We’re looking for a BDR to join our growing sales team that has doubled in the last 6 months. Thirdfort is on a mission to become the new standard in legal security and you could be at the forefront of this.
This is a great opening for a capable and hungry individual who wants to build their career and be part of a fast-growing company that was ranked 3rd in Top London Startups to work for in 2022.

Since launching in 2018, we have grown to a team of over 90 people across three offices in London, Manchester and Sri Lanka. We're looking for a talented individual to join our ambitious and expanding team, and embrace our values so we can claim the legal market and beyond.

The BDR role is an exciting opportunity, you’ll be tasked with booking meetings with top accounts and working closely with senior team members in maintaining and building on an effective outbound strategy.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Source leads and research new contacts to target.
  • Develop creative sequences and outbound strategies to reach target prospects and generate qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.
  • Work closely with the wider team to build campaigns on strategic targets accounts.
  • Striving to exceed monthly KPIs and targets.
  • Managing large accounts and building key relationships with senior stakeholders within the Property Industry.
  • We're looking for someone who:

  • Can quickly build a rapport over the phone.
  • Is able to demonstrate success and a track record in exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Has a strong desire to work in a start-up environment and to take full ownership of your own part of the team and associated targets.
  • Has a drive to succeed and are eager to join an especially exciting startup.
  • Is organised with strong communication skills.
  • Ideally has experience sourcing leads and creating outbound campaigns.
